Pipline Marker

Look for Pipeline Markers

The natural gas pipelines that serve your home or business are usually located underground. Pipelines are marked by above ground signs indicating their presence and location. The primary function of these markers is to identify the general location of the pipeline as an alert to those who may be working in the area.

Pipeline markers are important for public safety. It is a federal crime to willingly remove, deface, damage or destroy any pipeline right-of-way marker or sign.
