Pay by Mail
To pay by mail, simply use the return envelope that comes with your natural gas bill or send your payment to:

You can request to have a friend, neighbor, relative or social service agency notified if you ever receive a disconnection notice because of unpaid bills. The party you choose has no obligation to pay the bill, but can help you make payment arrangements and avoid disconnection should you be ill, incapacitated or away from home. Give us a call if you like to designate a third party.
Bill Payment Assistance
If you have problems paying your natural gas bill, call us and one of our Customer Service Representatives will provide information on assistance programs available to you.
If you have received a termination notice, you must call our Customer Service Center (1-800-834-2070 toll free) to make payment, payment arrangements or provide customer service with confirmation of payment in order to reduce the possibility of termination prior to us receiving record of payment.
